  • good grief... has it really been this long since I have written anything here?  I guess it's just so much easier to update facebook- don't actually have write much of anything

    things here are good... loving being married   it's definitely not easy, but i absolutely love being with my best friend all the time   i know it's terrible, but i'm still trying to get all my thank-you notes out from the wedding gifts (sorry friends, if you haven't gotten one yet- i'm still on it!).

     i will graduate from ECU next month with my MLS- it's been a long 3 years, but i'm finally here!  i have to do an internship (for myself... lol!) this summer and take a research methods class, but they let the august grads walk in may- woohoo!

    with the year-round school schedule i don't really get a summer this year, but that's ok b/c jason and i are both in school and working anyway.  still have lots of fun things coming up soon- michele is getting married next weekend (yay!) and the beach music festival is the following saturday.  that is one of my favorite spring weekends- getting to spend the day with steph and shayna, listen to great music, and watch the crazy "kids" run around and act stupid. good times

  • why am i writing at 317am on a school day, you may ask...

    well- the apt next to ours just got put out- literally, as it was on fire. now we have a lovely flooded bathroom, bedroom, closet, and living room.

    just hanging out here waiting on the emergency water extraction guys to get here, and finishing up calling into work tomorrow- don't think they want me on 30 minutes of sleep.

    all in all, it's been a pretty eventful night. 

    more later- that's the best i can do at 3am.
